UFC Fight Night 84 weigh-ins: Bisping, Silva make weight (and get heated)

LONDON – UFC Fight Night 84 weigh-ins took place today, and 26 fighters successfully made weight.

The weigh-ins took place at indigo at The O2 in London. The O2 also hosts Saturday’s UFC Fight Pass-streamed event.

Among those weighing in were middleweight headliners Michael Bisping (185 pounds) and Anderson Silva (186), who got a bit heated when they each refused to shake the other’s hand (via Twitter):

In his onstage interview, Bisping continued his war of words on Silva, who returns for the first time since a one-year suspension for a failed drug test.

“This man is a cheat, this man is a fraud, and I will make you pay for your mistakes tomorrow, my friend,” Bisping said. “All the needles in your ass, all the steroids will not help you, you (expletive).”
