Tickets for the UFC’s first event in Connecticut in nine years go on sale Wednesday.

“UFC Fight Night 50: Souza vs. Mousasi” takes place Sept. 5 at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, Conn. The bulk of the fight card is expected to air on FOX Sports 1 with additional prelims streaming on UFC Fight Pass. The show will be headlined by a five-round middleweight matchup between Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and Gegard Mouasi.

That matchup is a key contest at 185 pounds, as Souza is currently ranked No. 4 in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie MMA middleweight rankings, while Mousasi is No. 9.

Tickets, which are available at Ticketmaster.com, start at $100, plus fees, for the cheap seats and go up to $350 plus fees for a cageside/floor spot.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. ET. However, UFC Fight Club members can purchase tickets on Wednesday at 10 a.m. ET, and UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers can buy their seats on Thursday at 10 a.m. IST.
