ABU DHABI – MMAjunkie was on scene for today’s UFC Fight Night 39 fighter weigh-ins. Check out our photo gallery of the festivities.
The weigh-ins took place at Cornish’s East Plaza in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Friday’s card takes place at du Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi beginning at 11:50 a.m. ET (8:50 a.m. PT) on UFC Fight Pass, followed by 2 p.m. ET on UFC Fight Pass for the main card.
In the main-event, heavyweights Roy Nelson (19-9 MMA, 6-5 UFC) vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (34-8-1 MMA, 5-4 UFC) meet in a battle of hard-hitters hoping to get back in the win column.
And in the co-main event, exciting featherweights Clay Guida (30-14 MMA, 10-8 UFC) vs. Tatsuya Kawajiri (33-7-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) square off.
