Round 1: Marins takes the center of the cage.  Cruickshank lands first with a leg kick.  Martins inches forward.  Cruickshank delivers a right hand to the body.  Martins steps in with a combination followed by an outside leg kick.  Cruickshank answers with an outside leg kick of his own.  Martins lands a big left hand that drops Cruickshank.  Martins follows him to the canvas and lands hammer fists.  Cruickshank covers and gets back to his feet.  He lands a right hand to the body.  Martins lands a combination.  Cruickshank looks to get the fight to the ground but ends up on bottom.  Martins isolates an arm.  He works for a kimura and transitions for an arm bar.  Cruickshank defends the submission attempt and gets back to half guard.  Martins isolates an arm again but Cruickshank pulls it free.  Martins delivers punches to the body in the closing seconds.  MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Martins.

Round 2: Cruickshank throws a high kick and Martins catches it and takes him down.  Martins delivers a big elbow.  Martins isolates Cruickshank’s left arm and works on a kimura.  Martins lands right hands to the head and body.  Martins extends the arm straight and Cruickshank is forced to tap out.
