An Ultimate Fighting Championship-approved "UFC Encyclopedia" hits store shelves in October, officials today announced. The 400-page book, published by DK Publishing, covers the organization's full 18-year history. The comprehensive and full-color title is penned by UFC.com editorial director and veteran boxing writer Thomas Gerbasi.
