New UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor ($500,000) earned the largest disclosed payday at this past weekend’s UFC 194 event.

MMAjunkie today requested and obtained the official disclosed paydays from the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

UFC 194 took place this past Saturday, Dec. 12, at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. The main card aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

In the headliner, McGregor (19-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC) needed just 13 seconds to dethrone Aldo (25-2 MMA, 7-1 UFC), who earned $400,000, in a title-unification bout to become the UFC’s undisputed featherweight champion.

Now, the usual disclaimer: The figures do not include deductions for items such as insurance, licenses and taxes. Additionally, the figures do not include money paid by sponsors, including the official UFC-Reebok sponsorship program pay. They also do not include any other “locker room” or special discretionary bonuses the UFC oftentimes pays.

For example, as previously reported, UFC officials handed out additional $50,000 UFC 194 bonuses to Rockhold, Weidman, McGregor and Santos. Rockhold and Weidman earned “Performance of the Night” bonuses while McGregor and Santos were given “Fight of the Night” honors.

In other words, the above figures are simply base salaries reported to the commission and do not reflect entire compensation packages for the event.
