'UFC 187 Embedded,' No. 6: Khabib Nurmagomedov still talking a big game

It’s a new fight week, which marks the return of “UFC 187 Embedded” and a preview of Saturday’s pay-per-view event.

The online series previews Saturday’s pay-per-view card at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, including the championship co-headliners: Daniel Cormier (15-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) vs. Anthony Johnson (19-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC) for the vacant light-heavyweight title, and middleweight champ Chris Weidman (12-0 MMA, 8-0 UFC) vs. Vitor Belfort (24-10 MMA, 13-6 UFC).

In the series’ sixth episode, Khabib Nurmagomedov, who was scratched from UFC 187 with an injury, makes an appearance and still boasts about how he’d easily handle his originally scheduled opponent, UFC 187 main-card fighter Donald Cerrone. Nurmagomedov’s dad also stops by. Additionally, Weidman’s kids arrive in Vegas, Cormier does some last-minute prep, and the fighters head to weigh-ins.
