'UFC 183 Embedded,' No. 1: Silva's paintball, Diaz's missed flight, Gastelum KOs McGregor

It’s a new fight week, which brings the debut episode of “UFC 183 Embedded” and a preview of Saturday’s pay-per-view event.

The online series previews this week’s card at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, including the middleweight headliner between MMA vets Anderson Silva (33-6 MMA, 16-2 UFC) and Nick Diaz (26-9 MMA, 7-6 UFC).

In this episode, Silva arrives in the U.S. and relaxes with a game of paintball. Diaz, meanwhile, (perhaps not shockingly) seems to miss his flight. His manager cites “logistic issues.”

Additionally, we head to South Carolina, where featured-prelim fighter and Olympic medalist Sara McMann (8-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) spends time with her daughter (a spittin’ image of her) before arriving in Vegas and chatting with opponent Miesha Tate (15-5 MMA, 2-2 UFC).

Also, before his co-headliner with Tyron Woodley (14-3 MMA, 4-2 UFC), welterweight Kelvin Gastelum (10-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) relaxes with a video game and knocks out Conor McGregor.
