You now can relive the highlights from one of the biggest upsets in UFC history in crazy super slow-motion.
T.J. Dillashaw was a massive underdog against bantamweight champion Renan Barao at UFC 173. But the challenger took it to Barao for more than 20 minutes before finally stopping him with a fifth-round TKO.
The fight was never really close, as Dillashaw battered Barao from the get-go, ending the Brazilian’s unbeaten streak of 33 fights, a stretch that had lasted more than nine years.
The camera work from the UFC and FOX Sports captured all the action from the event at 5,000 frames per second. Check out Daniel Cormier’s big slam of Dan Henderson in the co-main event, and see Robbie Lawler pummel Jake Ellenberger.
UFC 173 took place May 24 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
