UFC 165 weigh-ins set for Sept. 20 in Toronto, Chris Weidman hosts Q&A

chris-weidman-22.jpgOfficial fighter weigh-ins for UFC 165 are set for Sept. 20 at Maple Leaf Square outside the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.

The Air Canada Centre then hosts the following night’s UFC 165 card, which features a main-event light heavyweight title fight between champion Jon Jones and top contender Alexander Gustafsson. In the co-main event, interim bantamweight champion Renan Barao puts his belt on the line against former WEC champ Eddie Wineland.

The UFC 165 main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and Facebook.

The first fighter steps on the scale at 4 p.m. ET local time, and doors open to the public at 3 p.m. The weigh-ins are free and open to the public.

Prior to the weigh-ins, fans can attend a Q&A session with middleweight champion Chris Weidman, who earlier this summer knocked out Anderson Silva to end the longest title reign in UFC history. Weidman puts his title up against Silva in a rematch set for the UFC 168 main event on Dec. 28 in Las Vegas. The Q&A is open to the public, though only UFC Fight Club members will be able to ask Weidman questions at the event.

Doors for the Q&A open to Fight Club members at 2:45 p.m. ET with the Q&A taking place at 3:15 p.m. ET.

The full UFC 165 card includes:

MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view, 10 p.m. ET)

PRELIMINARY CARD (FOX Sports 1, 8 p.m. ET)

PRELIMINARY CARD (Facebook, 6 p.m. ET)
