UFC 130 Prelims Headed to Spike with Boetsch vs. Grove, Johnson vs. Torres

The UFC 130 prelims will be heading to Spike TV next weekend with fights featuring Tim Boetsch vs. Kendall Grove and Demetrious Johnson vs. Miguel Torres.

Spike TV officials announced the prelim show on Tuesday.

The bouts will kick off at 8pm ET/5pm PT leading into the 9pm ET start time for the UFC 130 pay-per-view from Las Vegas.

Tim Boetsch will make his first appearance in the middleweight division after a solid career at light heavyweight. The Matt Hume trained fighter will compete at 185lbs at UFC 130 against former ‘Ultimate Fighter’ season 3 winner Kendall Grove.

Grove has faced some ups and downs lately, but will look to get back on track when he faces Boetsch next weekend.

The other featured bout on the UFC 130 prelim show will showcase one of the brightest up and coming stars in the bantamweight division Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson as he takes on former WEC champion Miguel Torres.

Johnson is coming off a dominant win over Norifumi ‘Kid’ Yamamoto, while Torres returns to action after a unanimous decision win over Antonio Banuelos in his last fight.
