Jon “Bones” Jones is seen as the phenom of the UFC’s light heavyweight division. In fact, many call him the future of the sport. But that future, apparently, is now… at least he thinks so.

He steps into the Octagon on Saturday night to challenge UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua.

That’s a lot of weight to place on the 23-year-old fighter’s shoulders, but Jones, a dedicated Bruce Lee fan, flows like water, rolling with the waves that wash over him.

He took time out of his day Thursday afternoon to speak one-on-one with MMAWeekly.com about dealing with the pressure, fighting Shogun, and the special secret weapon he developed with the help of his coach, Mike Winkeljohn.
