The Ultimate Fighting Championship issued medical suspensions to all 20 competitors from this past weekend's UFC 120 event, and four fighters could be out of action for half a year.
Main-card fighters Mike Pyle, Cheick Kongo and Travis Browne, as well as preliminary-card fighter Rob Broughton, face six-month suspensions.
UFC 120 took place Oct. 16 at The 02 in London and aired in the U.S. via same-day delay.
