Twitter reacts to Ronda Rousey’s UFC 168 submission of Miesha Tate

UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (8-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) repeated history with another submission victory over rival Miesha Tate (13-5 MMA, 0-2 UFC) in Saturday’s UFC 168 co-main event.

“Rowdy” finally put her storied rivalry with Tate behind her with a second successful defense of her 135-pound title, which took place at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Although the champ was a near 7-1 favorite in the pay-per-view bout, Tate put forth a tremendous effort, giving Rousey the longest and most difficult fight of her MMA career.
