Twitter reacts to Conor McGregor's win – and Dublin's deafening celebration

Conor McGregor (15-2 MMA, 3-0 UFC) did what he said was going to do, and it brought about a wild celebration from a deafening crowd at The O2 in Dublin.

Check out the Twitter reactions to McGregor’s victory over fellow featherweight Diego Brandao (18-10 MMA, 4-3 UFC) in today’s UFC Fight Night 46 headliner, which streamed on UFC Fight Pass from the raucous Irish venue.

McGregor predicted a first-round finish and delivered on his promise. After some early exchanges and a brief ground battle, “Notorious” unloaded a barrage of punches and kicks to force the TKO stoppage at the 4:05 mark of the opening frame.
