“Tremendous Demand” Drives Release of Additional Tickets to UFC 124

UFC 124 Poster Georges St-Pierre vs Josh Koscheck 2Season 12 of “The Ultimate Fighter” has been building to a showdown on Dec. 4 between UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and his TUF coaching compatriot Josh Koscheck.

The fight at the Bell Centre will be a rematch of their UFC 74 fight in 2007, where St-Pierre won via unanimous decision.

Citing a “tremendous demand,” the UFC on Tuesday announced it will release a limited number of additional tickets for UFC 124: St-Pierre vs. Koscheck 2.

“The fans are really fired up for this fight,” UFC president Dana White said. “Josh Koscheck’s mission is to take the world title from Georges St-Pierre in front of his hometown crowd in Montreal. With such high demand, we released additional tickets and expect Bell Centre to be electric on Dec. 11.”

The additional tickets, priced at $100 and $75, are available now at the Bell Centre box office or at www.evenko.ca.
