Join Bloody Elbow Wednesday night for live discussion of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Edgar vs. Team Penn. Tonight, Dhiego Lima vs. Tim Williams.

Join us tonight for episode 4 of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Edgar vs. Team Penn. The Ultimate Fighter airs on Fox Sports 1 starting at 10:00 p.m. ET. We'll have TUF discussion, right here at Bloody Elbow.

Last week saw the beginnings of a potential storyline centered around Todd Monaghan's religious lifestyle and how it rubs some of his housemates the wrong way (Cathal Pendred, I'm looking at you). Monaghan also took to the cage where he was boringly dominated by Daniel Spohn, putting Team Penn up 2-0.

This week, Frankie Edgar looks to get his team back in the fight. It's Middleweights in the cage again as Penn has chosen the #2 pick from both teams.

Here's tonight's fight:

Tim Williams (8-1, Team Penn) vs. Dhiego Lima (9-1, Team Edgar) - Middleweight

This actually should be a pretty good fight here. Both men have nice experience, and Lima is the brother of Bellator veteran Douglas Lima. I like Lima quite a bit, but this is also a tough match for him. Lima's best attribute is his striking, which is pretty polished for a fighter with his level of experience. Williams is a decent fighter all around, but has the edge in wrestling and grappling here. His strategy will likely be to follow the advice of Team Penn coach Mark Coleman and ground & pound his way to a win. I hate picking against Lima so early in the show, but stylistically, this is a match-up that favors Williams. If he does indeed win, it will put Team Penn up 3-0, which surely won't sit well with Team Edgar.

Join us tonight for The Ultimate Fighter: Team Edgar vs. Team Penn.
