Bantamweights Takeya Mizugaki and Jeff Hougland will meet at UFC 151.  Sources close to the event today confirmed the matchup to MMAjunkie.com. MMAWeekly.com initially reported the bout.  UFC 151 takes place Sept. 1 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. A light heavyweight title bout between champ Jon Jones and challenger Dan Henderson headlines.
