American Top Team Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor Jonatas ‘Tagarela’ Gurgel is back for another teaching segment, this time breaking down Matt Riddle’s slick standing arm triangle he used to submit Chris Clements at UFC 149.

Gurgel gives a step by step breakdown of how the move works and how to transition perfectly from standing to the submission on the ground.

The Brazilian makes his own return to fighting this weekend Aug 24 as part of Fight Time 11 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
