TUF 24 Finale lineup set in Las Vegas ... except for Demetrious Johnson's opponent

The lineup is set for Saturday’s TUF 24 Finale … with one notable exception.

All we’re waiting to find out is whom flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will be putting his title on the line against, which we’ll know after Wednesday’s final regular-season episode of Season 24 of “The Ultimate Fighter” on FS1.

We do know Johnson (24-2-1 MMA, 12-1-1 UFC) either will face Tim Elliott (13-6-1 MMA, 2-4 UFC) or Hiromasa Ogikubo (15-3-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC) in Saturday’s main event. Those two fight on Wednesday’s finale to determine the latest “TUF” winner and Johnson’s next challenger.

The TUF 24 Finale takes place Saturday at The Pearl at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The card airs on FS1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.

In the co-main event, “TUF 24” opposing coaches and new rivals Joseph Benavidez (24-4 MMA, 11-2 UFC) and Henry Cejudo (10-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) will square off. Benavidez has two losses to the flyweight champ; Cejudo was Johnson’s most recent victim on his long reign as champion.

Also on the FS1 main card, Jake Ellenberger (31-11 MMA, 10-7 UFC) meets Jorge Masvidal (30-11 MMA, 7-4 UFC) at welterweight; light heavyweights Jared Cannonier (8-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) and Ion Cutelaba (12-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) will clash; former women’s bantamweight title challengers Alexis Davis (17-6 MMA, 4-1 UFC) and Sara McMann (9-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC) try to reinsert themselves in the title mix; and Ryan Benoit (9-4 MMA, 2-2 UFC) meets Brandon Moreno (12-3 MMA, 1-0 UFC) in a flyweight bout.

On the preliminary card, former lightweight title challenger Gray Maynard (12-5-1 MMA, 10-5-1 UFC) continues his new run at featherweight against Ryan Hall (5-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC). And in the featured bout on UFC Fight Pass, Elvis Mutapcic (15-4-1 MMA, 0-1-1 UFC) takes on Anthony Smith (25-12 MMA, 1-2 UFC) at middleweight.
