Strikeforce Overeem vs. Werdum Play-by-Play: Valentijn Overeem vs. Chad Griggs

Round 1: Overeem goes for the head kick, but Griggs rushes him and presses him against the fence. They hit the mat with Griggs on top in Overeem’s half guard. Overeem goes after one of Griggs’ arms, but Griggs pulls out and starts pummeling Overeem with punches and hammer fists. Overeem turns over and taps the mat, causing the referee to step in and stop the fight.
