Sponsor Spotlight – Shane Mosley and Dominick Cruz Team Up for Paradise Warrior Retreat Camp

Paradise Warrior RetreatIn an unprecedented sports event, former three-time world boxing champion Sugar Shane Mosley will join UFC Champ Dominic Cruz November 10-11 at Paradise Warrior Retreat Training Camp.  This star-studded and highly anticipated event is the first of its kind, where traditional boxing will meet the MMA at its best.

“Boxing and MMA are seen as different sports. But in reality, they are very close.  When it comes down to it, it’s all about the spirit of the warrior,” said Shane Mosley.

Mosley, a world-class boxer, will share his experience along with UFC and MMA stars Dominic Cruz, Chris Weidman, Brandon Vera and elite MMA coach Eric Del Fierro. These legendary fighters will train a wide array of MMA followers from aspiring professionals of the MMA world to business executives and weekend warriors.

As the fastest growing sport in the United States and one of the fastest growing in the world, MMA is a multi-billion dollar industry with booming sporting event ticket sales, MMA Training Gyms and coveted fighter endorsements. Even Hollywood has debuted the sport on both the small and big screen.

MMA and UFC fights are being aired like never before on respected national television networks such as HBO, Fox Sports and Showtime. Hollywood is also inside the MMA ring with the upcoming release of Columbia Pictures film “Here Comes The Boom,” starring Kevin James and Salma Hayek.

“MMA has gone Hollywood and we are proud to say we started it in 2004 before all the hype. In fact, Bas Rutten, who is in the movie ‘Here Comes the Boom,’ was one of the first instructors we hired at our Paradise Warrior Retreat Training Camps. He traveled with us across the United States and Canada” said Yoram Gazit, founder of Paradise Warrior Retreat Training Camps.

The media is invited to join us along the fans for this once in a lifetime experience where traditional boxing meets the new era of the MMA.
