Spike Announces “Fight Master: Bellator MMA” Cast and Show Details

Fight Master Bellator MMA LogoSpike TV on Monday announced details, including a 32-member cast, for the upcoming Fight Master: Bellator MMA reality series.

The series launches on Wednesday, June 19 at 10 p.m. ET/PT (tape-delayed on the United States West Coast). It consists of 10 one-hour episodes.

Fight Master: Bellator MMA features 32 welterweight fighters competing for a spot in the Bellator MMA Tournament and a $100,000 prize. Randy Couture, Greg Jackson, Frank Shamrock, and Joe Warren will serve as their coaches.

Spike and Bellator enlisted fighters from across the globe to live and train together in New Orleans, divided into four camps, each headed up by one of the aforementioned coaches.

The Fight Master athletes choose which camp to train with and which opponent they want to fight next.  The 32 fighters will partake in qualifying bouts over the first three episodes of the series.  The finale will be telecast live on Spike with the winner moving on to an upcoming tournament.

Bellator announcer Jimmy Smith will serve as host.
