Conor McGregor—Nothing Compares 2 U.
The Irish MMA star has secured quite the guest to sing him into the Octagon for his UFC 189 fight with Chad Mendes on July 11.
None other than compatriot Sinead O'Connor.
O'Connor is of course best known for her 1990 smash cover of Prince's song "Nothing Compares 2 U" that was a number one hit around the world.
However, it is not that song that she will be singing but rather the famous Irish folk song "The Foggy Dew."
O'Connor confirmed the news on her Facebook page.
McGregor is fighting Mendes after an injury forced his original opponent, featherweight champion Jose Aldo, to pull out.
