Sam Stout and Yves Edwards at UFC 131The influx of Strikeforce fighters continues with lightweight Caros Fodor being the latest transfer as he is set to face Sam Stout at UFC 157.

UFC officials confirmed the fight on Friday.

With Strikeforce on its way to being out of business as of January, their roster of fighters are beginning to transition to the Octagon and Caros Fodor is the latest.

With a 6-1 record over his last seven fights, Matt Hume trained fighter Caros Fodor hopes to earn his way into the UFC with a tough test in his debut bout.

Canadian Sam Stout will welcome Fodor to the Octagon at UFC 157 after dropping a decision to John Makdessi at UFC 154 in Montreal.

It’s expected that Stout and Fodor will occupy a slot on the preliminary card, although their placement is not confirmed yet.
