Report: Luke Rockhold Injured, Out of Jan. 12 Strikeforce Title Defense vs. Lorenz Larkin
Strikeforce appears to have lost another title bout from its
Jan. 12 event
According to a report from the MMA Corner, middleweight champion
Rockhold has suffered a wrist injury and will not defend his
belt against Lorenz
Larkin in Oklahoma City. Promotion officials have not yet
confirmed that Rockhold is off the card. Rockhold was originally
scheduled to fight Larkin on Nov. 3, but a hand injury forced him

Top-ranked middleweight contender Luke Rockhold has been cleared to resume training after recovering from a broken toe in his right foot, MMAFighting.com's Ariel Helwani reported on UFC Tonight.
A former Strikeforce champion, Rockhold (12-2) suffered the injury midway through his dominant UFC 172 performance over Tim Boetsch, which he won in a little over two minutes via an inverted triangle/kimura.
