As a reminder, the UFC’s traditional pre-event show returns tonight with the debut of “Countdown to UFC 165: Jones vs. Gustafsson” on FOX Sports 1.

“Countdown” airs at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT), and replays airs throughout the week.

UFC 165 takes place Saturday at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and Facebook.

“Countdown” will focus on the headliner, in which light heavyweight champion Jon Jones (18-1 MMA, 12-1 UFC) looks for a UFC divisional record sixth consecutive title defense when he fights Alexander Gustafsson (14-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC), as well as the night’s other title fight: interim bantamweight champ Renan Barao (30-1 MMA, 5-0 UFC) vs. Eddie Wineland (20-8-1 MMA, 2-2 UFC). A main-card fight between heavyweight rivals Brendan Schaub (9-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) and Matt Mitrione (6-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) is also examined.
