Clay GuidaSeveral new fights have been confirmed for the upcoming UFC on Fox 6 card including the light heavyweight bout between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Glover Teixeira.

UFC officials announced the new bouts on Wednesday night.

Jackson meets Teixeira after their original UFC 153 bout was cancelled when Jackson suffered an injury in training. Now they meet with Rampage looking to fulfill the final fight on his current UFC contract.

Also added to the card will be Chicago area native Clay Guida, who makes his featherweight debut against former top five 145-pounder Hatsu Hioki. Both fighters are coming off losses in what should be a crucial fight in the UFC’s featherweight division.

Another featherweight fight, originally scheduled for UFC 155, will now shift to UFC on Fox 6 as Erik Koch meets Ricardo Lamas.

The final fight confirmed for the UFC on Fox 6 card is a heavyweight bout between Team Jackson fighter Shawn Jordan and Chicago’s own Mike Russow.

UFC on Fox 6 takes place on Jan. 26 at Chicago’s United Center.
