Miesha Tate: “I Was On a Mission to Prove Dana White Wrong” About Women’s MMA (UFC Video)


08-Miesha-Tate-TUF-17-Finale-wUFC president Dana White, for the longest time, said women would never fight in the UFC. Miesha Tate didn’t take that as a slight, she took it as a personal challenge.

“I don’t like to be told know,” she said in a recent episode of UFC Ultimate Insider. “So I was on a mission to show him and prove him wrong. It became a goal and it became a dream and now it’s become a reality.”
