Next month’s UFC Fight Night 99 fight card apparently has a new addition.
Kevin Lee (13-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) today announced he’s slated to fight fellow lightweight Magomed Mustafaev (14-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC), though UFC officials haven’t made a formal announcement.
UFC Fight Night 99 takes place Nov. 19 at SSE Arena in Belfast, and the entire card streams on UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized. It’s the first of two cards on Nov. 19; UFC Fight Night 100 takes place later in the day in Brazil.

Lee looks for his third straight win and his seventh victory in eight fights. Following a first-round TKO loss to Leonardo Santos in late 2015 – his first career stoppage defeat – the 24-year-old ex-collegiate wrestler has rebounded with a decision victory over Efrain Escudero and a TKO win over Jake Matthews.
He now meets Mustafaev, who’s also looking for his third straight UFC victory, as well as his 14th straight win overall. A veteran of the regional fight circuit in his native Russia, the 28-year-old Dagestani fighter debuted with the UFC in 2015 and has picked up TKO wins over Piotr Hallmann and Joe Proctor. Ten of his 14 career wins have now come via some form of knockout.
