Kelvin Gastelum: “I’m Kind of Tired of Hearing the Uriah Hall Hype Train” (TUF 17 Finale Video)

Some fighters relish the underdog role, but after fighting his way into the finals of Saturday’s TUF 17 Finale, playing second fiddle to TUF 17 favorite Uriah Hall is wearing thin on Kelvin Gastelum.

“It’s kind of bittersweet,” Gatelum said at Thursday’s open workouts. “I’m comfortable taking the role, but I’ve proven people wrong over and over again. I’m kind of tired of the Uriah Hall hype train.

“I love proving people wrong.”
