There's a double header of UFC content again this week, although this one is spaced far more apart than the previous attempt. We'll have a show from New Zealand in the very early morning here stateside followed by a Fox Sports 1 show headlined by a featherweight clash between Cub Swanson and Jeremy Stephens. It's hard to know where to start and where to end with topics for this week's chat.

There isn't merely one, but two UFC events this week. First up on the docket is tonight's UFC Fight Night 45, an event held in Atlantic City, New Jersey that is headlined by a lightweight clash between two absolute go-getters in Donald Cerrone and Jim Miller.
