LAS VEGAS -- UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones took part in a media day at the MGM Grand on Monday to promote his upcoming bout with Daniel Cormier at UFC 178. Jones talked to the media about what a normal training day is like for him, why he believes he's better than Cormier everywhere, the jump in excitement he felt when his opponent switched from Alexander Gustafsson to Cormier and much more.
