A welterweight matchup between perennial contender Jon Fitch and fast-rising prospect Johny Hendricks is in the works
for December's UFC 141 event.
MMAjunkie.com has confirmed with sources close to
the contest that verbal agreements are in place and bout agreements are
expected to be finalized shortly.

together for a possible appearance at UFC 139, but ESPN.com today
reported UFC 141 will instead host the bout
