How does Johny Hendricks prepare for Josh Koscheck? Simple, he floors Koscheck’s teammate, Jon Fitch.

Henricks and Koscheck square off in the co-main event of UFC on Fox 3 on Saturday night in New Jersey. Hendricks earned his way into the fight with the aforementioned knockout of Fitch, one of the top welterweights in the UFC.

Hendricks and Fitch met at UFC 141 on Dec. 30 in Las Vegas. The clash between two superior wrestlers turned into the antithesis of a grappling match.
