Former UFC middleweight Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism after allegedly breaking into a church last month in Mission Viejo, Calif.
The Orange County District Attorney’s office confirmed the charges today, and stated that if convicted Miller faces up to one year in jail.
Miller was arrested on Aug 13 after allegedly spraying the church with a fire extinguisher, and causing more than $400 in damage.
When police arrived on the scene after being alerted to the break-in, Miller was found in an upstairs room, naked and sitting on a couch.
He was arrested and booked before being released on $20,000 bond the next day.
Miller is due back in court on Nov 21.
