After reporting that Jason "Dooms" Day was forced to withdraw from his fight with Jason Lambert at UFC 88, "The Punisher's" new opponent will be Jason MacDonald who will have his hands full against the former heavyweight turned middleweight.
This news come's to us from Sherdog.com, with Lambert coming off his highlight reel loss to Luiz Cane at UFC 85 in London, and MacDonald being defeated by the unbeaten Demian Maia, both fighters have something to fight for.
Lambert more so than MacDonald, being previously very successful in the UFC with an 8 fight win streak earlier in his career, and now he may be handed his third straight win at the hands of his 3-3 opponent. However his last win, only three fights ago, was a second round KO of Renato "Babalu" Sobral.
