Hendricks Reacts to ‘Knockout of the Night’ Performance
Sherdog.com met up with Johny Hendricks following his “Knockout of the Night” performance at UFC Fight Night 24. Hendricks rebounded from the first loss of his career on Saturday, dropping Anthony Waldburger with a crushing right hand to finish the fight just 95 seconds into the bout.
After a brief feeling-out process to start the contest, Hendricks countered a Waldburger low kick with a straight left hand that staggered the jiu-jitsu player. The Team Takedown product was not done there, however, as Hendricks followed up with another left hand that turned his foe's lights out.
