first steps into the UFC’s Octagon the following year. The
welterweight won four straight bouts in the UFC before running into
Story at “The Ultimate Fighter 12” Finale in 2010, dropping a
competitive unanimous decision to Story in the first loss of his
career. Hendricks rebounded from the defeat in March, however,
knocking out Anthony
Waldburger in just 95 seconds at UFC Fight Night 24.
Pierce also wrestled in college, as the Oregonian represented
Portland State University on the mat. The 30-year-old made his
Octagon debut in 2009 while riding a six-fight winning streak.

Pierce gave an excellent account of himself in their bout.
“Megatron” came back from that defeat with three straight wins,
Alves and Julio
