Gilbert Melendez - Strikeforce Barnett vs CormierStrikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez and challenger Josh Thomson have been friends. They share a mutual respect for one another. If he does get the better of Thomson again, what’s next for Melendez? Are there more Strikeforce talents on the horizon? Is becoming the latest fighter to jump ship to the UFC a possibility?
