#FridayFlashback: A Young Chael Sonnen Teaches a Front Headlock for MMA

This #FridayFlashback goes way, WAY back, even before Chael Sonnen was fighting in the UFC. This Tip of the Week that Sonnen did for MMAWeekly.com back in 2005 was prior to Sonnen’s first stint in the Octagon, which began at UFC 55 in a fight with Renato “Babalu” Sobral.

In the video, Sonnen shows a set-up to put his opponent in a front headlock for the purposes of a mixed martial arts fight.
