Fans across Canada can meet and train with MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko



Chris Olech- “The Last Emperor” Fedor Emelianenko, arguably the best fighter in the history of MMA will be making a monumental trip to Canada for a week filled with seminars, autograph signings and feasts with fans. Fedor Emelianenko known for his Sambo skills, Judoka throws and devastating power hooks is revered by his fans for his sportsmanship outside of the cage and devastation inside. His notable accolades include being the reigning champion in Pride Fighting Championships from 2003-2007, FIAS World Combat Sambo Championship 2002,2005,2007 and Russian Judo Federation National Championship bronze medal 1998, 1999. This is proving to be a MMA fans Disneyland and a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Sean MacFadyen owner of Takahashi Dojo Martial Arts and president of the United Canadian Sambo Federation is looking forward to bringing the legend to Ottawa. “Certainly the Canadian National Mixed Martial Arts Federation and Sambo Canada are overly ecstatic to bring the best in MMA. It is a great opportunity to showcase Fedor Emelianenko in Canada and more importantly to his fans.”

Below are some of the stops Fedor Emelianenko will be making during his tour:

August 1st 2014: 5-9 pm meet and greet at Deerfoot Inn and Casino in Calgary Alberta

August 2nd 2014: Noon-4 pm meet and greet at Casino Yellowhead in Edmonton Alberta

4:30-6:30 pm Feast with Fedor

7:00-8:30 pm question and answer period

August 3rd 2014: 2-4 pm MMA Seminar at Canuckles 4628 Macleod Trail S, Calgary, AB, Canada

August 4th 2014: Noon-5 pm meet and greet at Takahashi Dojo Martial Arts 5 Melrose Ave. Ottawa Ontario
