FMD: The 37th Chamber is set for the Insanity Nightclub in Bangkok this Saturday. There are eight fights on the card, which is headlined by a catchweight bout between Emilio Uruttia and Daniel Hortegas.
Tiger Muay Thai’s Uruttia (7-4) is an Asian MMA veteran, who will be competing inside the FMD cage for the third time. Hortegas (3-2) will be fighting outside of his native Brazil for the first time, but is a decorated grappler, who has twice won gold at the Mundials.
The main event was originally set to be a heavyweight fight between Iranian Masoud Ranjbar (2-0) and England’s Jamie Sloane (6-2), but this has now been rescheduled for earlier in the night. The former trains at AKA Thailand and this will be his third FMD fight.

There’s also another chance to check out Cambodian featherweight prospect Thai Rithy (5-1), who will be returning to the FMD cage to take on Richard Corminal (3-1). The Filipino is based in Kuala Lumpur and fights out of Muayfit.
This will be FMD’s fourth card of the year and the fifth event to take place at the Insanity Nightclub, which is situated in the centre of Bangkok, a stone’s throw from the city’s two main entertainment districts.
