Bantamweights Eddie Wineland and Yves Jabouin will fight at UFC on Fox 10, a UFC official confirmed to MMAWeekly.com on Thursday.
The Chicago-Sun Times initially reported news of the match-up, which will take place at Chicago’s United Center on Jan. 25.
Wineland (20-9-1) comes into the Windy City card off a loss in his bid for the interim bantamweight title against Renan Barao. The fighter is also know for his history as the first WEC bantamweight champion, a title he won in 2006 with a knockout of Antonio Banuelos at WEC 20.
Jabouin (19-8) last fought at UFC 161, earning a split decision over Dustin Pague on the June 2013 card. The Canadian fighter has won four of his last five outings.
UFC on Fox 10 is headlined by a lightweight title fight between former divisional champ Benson Henderson and former Strikeforce champ Josh Thomson.
