Dana White thinks the entire season 1 cast of The Ultimate Fighter should be in the UFC HOF

Want to live in a world where Bobby Southworth and Lodune Sincaid are UFC Hall of Famers?

Next week is the UFC's big Fan Expo in Las Vegas, where new inductions into the promotion's Hall of Fame will be announced. There's no word on who is officially going to join the likes of Matt Hughes, Chuck Liddell, Mark Coleman, and others in their HOF, but Dana White has a grand idea of who should be in. It's no secret that White is forever grateful for the inaugural cast of The Ultimate Fighter, and in an interview with Fox Sports, he went as far as to suggest all of them be inducted:

"I think that's a must.  I think that entire season should be inducted.  Without a doubt that group of people are all game changers," White said.

"I've thought about the whole cast should be (in the hall of fame).  Even the Canadian Jason Thacker -- without the group of people that we had and the way the synergy worked and the way things went down, that season really launched everything."

That's right! Jason Thacker, Bobby Southworth, Josh Rafferty, and Lodune Sincaid could soon be HOFers! I know dissenters will immediately (but not unjustifiably so) bring up the lack of Frank Shamrock and the inclusion of Charles "Mask" Lewis to point out the relative flaws of the UFC's HOF compared to team sports, but I think it's time for fans and critics of the UFC to just accept that there are ways that they operate that are completely incompatible with team sports, and that's unlikely to change.

There are two TUF 1 guys who are already HOFers - Stephan Bonnar and Forrest Griffin, whose memorable finale fight was long hailed -- although that has changed through recent years -- as the greatest and most important UFC fight of all-time. Would you be okay with Dana's idea of the rest of the cast joining them?
