hunt has said that he never turned the fight down

I suspect that Hunt has an injury or personal reasons for turning that fight down. I can't see why he wouldn't want to take it otherwise... Junior is a better matchup for Hunt than most top 5 heavyweights, as Junior's strength is also Hunt's strength. Most top heavyweights would be able to out-grapple Hunt easily. Junior might also be able to out grapple him, but it could be a lot closer. A standup fight would have been a lot of fun to watch between those two. It would have been good to see just how good Hunt's striking was.
