Dana White: Ronda Rousey would hurt Floyd Mayweather badly

LAS VEGAS – It may be the most bizarre fantasy fight in the history of combat sports, and the chances of it ever happening are (hopefully) zero. But if Ronda Rousey vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. goes down, Dana White has a prediction.

“You take a street fight, Ronda wins that fight and hurts him badly,” White said. “You do an MMA fight, same result. Boxing match, Floyd Mayweather chews her up.”

White made his statements following today’s pre-UFC 173 Ultimate Media Day in Las Vegas.

The fiery UFC boss wanted to make it very clear that he wasn’t the one to first discuss the potential outcome of the hypothetical male vs. female inter-sport matchup, but he seemed absolutely convinced that under the right set of circumstances, Rousey would physically hurt the man who calls himself, “The Best Ever.”
