Chris Leben at Ultimate Fight NightChris Leben will return to the Octagon at UFC 155 after a one-year suspension to face Karlos Vemola on Dec 29.

UFC officials announced the fight on Wednesday.

Chris Leben last saw action at UFC 138 in November 2011, losing by TKO to Mark Munoz. Following the fight, Leben was suspended by UFC officials after testing positive for oxycodone and oxymorphone.

It was the second time Leben has been suspended, the first came after a positive test for steroids following a fight against Michael Bisping in 2009.

Now Leben begins his road back with a fight in December against Karlos Vemola at UFC 155.

Vemola will look to get back on a winning track himself after dropping to Francis Carmont at UFC on Fuel TV 4 back in July.

Leben vs. Vemola will be part of the UFC 155 undercard for the show headlined by UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos defending his belt against Cain Velasquez.
