Cage Warriors 52 weigh-in results: Champ Grimaud, challenger Pendred official


gael-grimaud-cathal-pendred.jpgCage Warriors Fighting Championship welterweight champ Gael Grimaud (169.3) and challenger Cathal Pendred (169.4) are on weight for Saturday’s Cage Warriors 52 headliner.

The two headliners made weight without issue, and a crew of 28 fighters all made their bouts official, albeit with a few penalties along the way.

Preliminary card contestants Alex Enlund, Anthony Ferguson and >Shah Hussain all missed weight for their fights and were fined 25 percent of their purse for the infraction. Still, all 14 fights will go on as scheduled.

Saturday’s Cage Warriors 52 event, which takes place at London’s HMV Forum, streams live and free worldwide on MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) beginning at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT (9 p.m. GMT local time).
