Buckley Fight Night PosterOn Feb. 9, in the birthplace of the UFC, Colorado will stamp another impressive milestone into its already impressive MMA history.

The state’s top promotion, Ring of Fire MMA, has partnered up with the Shameless MMA brand to bring the first professional fight card onto an active Colorado military base for our nation’s troops.

Buckley Air Force base will host the first exclusive military fight card in the history of Colorado MMA, in what is sure to be an action packed night of fights. Headlined by UFC and Bellator veterans Tyler “Thunder” Toner and Cody Carrillo, and featuring special guests like UFC heavyweight Gabriel “Napao” Gonzaga, this stacked fight night will be exclusively for the military personnel on site.

Being streamed across the globe on the Armed Forces Network, Ring of Fire and Shameless MMA is proud to be able to honor the men and women who fight for our freedom every day.

In addition to being streamed on AFN, the fight card will be available to order through USTREAM.TV and via USTREAM PPV on MMAWeekly.com. Not only will this fight be held in honor of active troops in the line of duty, but also to help those who have fought in the past.

Thanks to the generous actions of USTREAM, not only will a portion of the PPV proceeds go to Buckley Air Force Base, but the remainder of the profits will be going towards the Wounded Warrior Project, to help those veterans that gave more then most overseas.

The Wounded Warrior Project’s mission is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded veterans in our nation’s history. The Buckley MMA Fight Night is proud to do its part in helping this tremendous organization reach its goal.

So please, order and tune in Feb. 9 at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT at USTREAM or via USTREAM PPV on MMAWeekly.com, to see this one of a kind fight promotion. It’s not often that such a great night of fights is accompanied by such a great cause.
